Designed for e-commerce fulfilment, the Autobagger 2000 Series efficiently handles single or multi-SKU orders, processing over 1,500 items per hour. The system integrates seamlessly with JD Sports’ order management platform, automatically retrieving delivery addresses from the client's SFTP site and tracking each order through the system before directing it to the optimal automated bagger.
A key advantage of the Autobagger 2000 Series is its built-in redundancy. If a machine requires maintenance, or film and glue need replenishing, the system’s intelligent workload interface redistributes orders across available baggers, ensuring continuous operation and minimising downtime.
